Once your order is confirmed, cancellations on the pickup day are not eligible for refunds.
For cancellation requests, please inform us at least 36 hours before your pickup date to complete the process.
If you choose a third-party courier (e.g., Lalamove, Uber) for pickup, we will document the item’s condition before handoff. However, please understand that we cannot be responsible for any damages that may occur during transit as it is beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
